"Our first real claim through Ryan & State Farm was after a recent hail storm. We had home and auto claims to process. Kasi handled everything for us! She guided us step-by-step through what we needed to do and gave us helpful tips to ensure we didn’t miss anything. The best part was she took the initiative to handle a lot of our admin work on her own. She opened both home and auto claims (saving us a lot of ‘on hold’ time), coordinated the auto repair and rental car, and helped us get the home repair estimate and adjustment completed correctly. In a situation that’s frustrating and daunting, she really helped make it as easy as possible!"
